Ranikhet is one of the famous hill stations in Uttrakahand. Ranikhet is mostly famous for its two most revered shrines, Jhoola Devi and Kala Devi Ka mandir. The temple of Jhoola Devi was built around 400 years ago devoting to the local Goddess. It is believed that local deity saved several life's of people from the man eating tigers. Where the Kala Devi Ka mandir considered to be constructed 5000 years back. The place is naturally decorated with dense pine and oak trees, which makes it an ideal place for sightseers and nature lovers


Combined with hilly resorts and peaceful Alpine atmosphere, the pleasing weather of Ranikhet calls to everyone. This hilly resort combines Alpine type of atmosphere. The summer's hotness keeps itself far from extreme and continues from April to June. The winters bring chilly weather and remains from November to February. In the months of December and January a sufficient amount of snow fall can be seen. Due to the southwestern monsoon July and August comes with heavy rainfall in Ranikhet town.

Travel to Ranikhet is a comfortable one with Pantnagar being the closest airport, and Kathgodam is the nearest railway station. Road transport is easily accessible as the town is well connected with locations to Nainital, Almora and Ramnagar.

Ranikhet Tourist Place

There are many tourists' attractions in Ranikhet including Golf course Chaubatia, Upat, Bhalu Dam, Majhkhali, tarikhet and many more among others. Visitors across the country make trips to Ranikhet and experience such wonderful places. Located at a distance of about 10 kilometer to the south of Ranikhet, Chaubatia is known for the four meeting roads. Itinerary :

Day 01: Delhi – Ranikhet (340 Kms)

Meals: Dinner

Pickup from Delhi Railway Station/Airport, drive to Ranikhet Lunch on the way. On arrival check in Hotel and spend a pleasant evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Ranikhet

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Ranikhet and see the Haidakhan Temple and Chaukhutia Apple Orchard. Visit the magnificent sprawling golf course and try out your hand in this sport. Rest of the day, you can spend the time as you want like shopping in the market or visit the Kumaon Regimental Centre Museum (at your own expense). Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Ranikhet – Delhi

Meals : Breakfast

After early breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Lunch on the way. On arrive in Delhi, transfer to Railway Station / Airport.
